-Personas mayores de 18 años con o sin vínculo matrimonial vigente, mediante trámite en el Registro Civil.
-Personas mayores de 14 y menores de 18 años, a través de procedimiento judicial.
Los requisitos son:
-Tener inscrito su nacimiento en la oficina de Santiago de Registro Civil e Identificación.
-Contar con permiso vigente de Residencia Definitiva en Chile.
El procedimiento es el siguiente:
- Obtener por aprobación y/o sentencia firme la rectificación del sexo y nombre
- Enviar la copia de la Certificación de la Aprobación de la Rectificación de Partidas realizada por el Servicio de Registro Civil e Identificación a San Antonio N° 580, Santiago.
- Esperar la respuesta del Servicio Nacional de Migraciones para que confirme este cambio de nombre social.
RECUERDA:
Es importante contar con tu Residencia Definitiva vigente y si vienes de fuera de Chile con tu nombre social ya actualizado, solo debes solicitar que se respete la Circular N°32.
